Lake Gat is located in the Brest region, Baranovichi district, in 22 km. from Baranovichi. The lake created in 1930 for energy purposes, it is surrounded by picturesque woodland Biological Reserve of Baranovichi. It is the basin of river Lohozva.
The area of the lake is 1,26 km2, length - 3,1 km., width - 0,7 km.. The lake is flowing, its bottom is peat, covered with mud, the maximum depth is 4,7 m.. The gentle shores of the lake, cut up and covered with wood.
It is a popular a popular place for rest on the lakes in Belarus. Organized paid recreational fishing. It is home to most of the famous Belarusian fish: carp, tench, perch, roach, pike, carp, ruff.
The beaches are equipped with cabanas, umbrellas, benches, where you can enjoy a game of volleyball on the equipped playground.
