The Reservoirs Of Belarus:

Reservoir Pleshchenitsy is located in Logoisk district, Minsk region on Dvinasa river basin belonging to the river Vilija. It is located in the floodplain of the river and has an elongated shape. The area of the reservoir is 2.04 km 2 with a width of 0.9 and a length of 2.9 km and a maximum depth - 6.3 m. The coastline has a complex shape, and its length is 11.2 km. The left bank of the reservoir is high, muddy or sandy bottom, there is a gulf. The reservoir is flowing well. Besides the main watercourse Dvinasa River, into Pleshchenitsy reservoir the river Drilyanka and creek Rudavka flow. The pond is surrounded by a pine forest, near and there are small lakes, ponds.

The waters are inhabited and fished carp, pike, carp, roach, perch, bream, rudd and gudgeon. Also, there are tench, ruff, gudgeon, bleak, carp. On the pond fishing and paid recreational fishing are prganized.

Reservoir is a short distance from holiday destinations and therefore there are no problems with clean water and food.
