  • When ordering a voucher, pay attention to check-out time at each tourist site.

3. What to take with you on vacation:

  • Clothes and footwear for the season, change of footwear.
  • If the estate has a swimming pool, do not forget your bathing suit: a swimsuit, swimming trunks, a cap, flip-flops.

4. Currency exchange

  • Due to the fact that exchange rates are constantly changing, it is difficult to determine which rate will be more favorable on the date of arrival in Belarus. Follow the financial news.
  • It is more profitable to exchange Russian rubles in the Republic of Belarus at currency exchange offices. In Russia, the rate is usually lower than in Belarus. To exchange currency, you must present your passport.
  • ATMs located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus issue Belarusian rubles, US dollars and euros.

5. Documents required upon arrival at the estate:

  • Upon arrival for vacation with a pre-purchased voucher, you should contact the owners of the estate and present your passport. For children under 16: the child's birth certificate (passport).
  • When planning your trip, we recommend that you take care in advance to have copies of the passports of all travel participants, travel tickets (air, train, bus) and other documents. They will be useful in case of loss of the originals, as well as in other situations that may arise in the host country. Copies should be kept separately from the originals.
  • We recommend that you familiarize yourself with information about the Republic of Belarus in advance. Detailed information about the geographical location, nature, rules of entry into the Republic of Belarus, customs regulations, currency control, population, culture, language, transport, cuisine can be found in the section Information about Belarus.

6. Visa-Free Entry to the Republic of Belarus:

Foreign citizens have the right to enter the territory of the Republic of Belarus without a visa in cases and within the time limits established by the concluded international bilateral agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the country of which the foreigner is a citizen. Current information about agreements is posted on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Insurance:

  • In the Republic of Belarus, mandatory medical insurance for foreign citizens and stateless persons temporarily staying in the Republic of Belarus has been introduced in case of emergency and urgent medical care provided by state medical institutions in the event of a sudden illness or accident.
  • A medical insurance policy can be obtained at any checkpoint at the borders of Belarus, as well as at airports and railway stations where branches of Belarusian state insurance organizations operate.
  • The cost of insurance depends on the number of days of stay and certain conditions.
  • A mandatory medical insurance policy is not required for:
    — citizens of countries with which international agreements regulating the provision of free emergency medical care are in force (citizens of the Russian Federation);
    — citizens of CIS member states who receive free emergency medical care in accordance with the Agreement on Medical Assistance for Citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States, signed in Moscow on March 27, 1997 (Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine).
  • According to international travel practices, citizens who are not subject to mandatory medical insurance are recommended to enter into a voluntary medical insurance agreement. An insurance policy from a company offers a wider range of services than those specified in the agreement between our countries. In addition to covering medical expenses, the coverage includes necessary emergency medical transportation of the insured person to the place of emergency medical care or medical evacuation after receiving medical assistance for further treatment at the nearest medical institution in the country of residence.
