The focus is on the Par-master, who directs waves of hot air across the steam room using a fan, adjusting the intensity and evenness of the heat. He adds water with essential oils or herbal infusions to the stones, filling the space with healing aromas. Each mixture has its own effect: propolis strengthens immunity and supports the respiratory system, calamus tones and cleanses, wormwood relieves fatigue and has antiseptic properties. Sessions may also include aromatic blends — for example, mint with citrus for vitality, or ylang-ylang with cedar for relaxation. Aufguss helps the body warm up gently and deeply, activates blood circulation and lymph flow, improves the condition of the skin and respiratory tract. It relieves muscle and psycho-emotional tension, promotes the elimination of toxins, and gives a sense of lightness and renewal. Sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:45 PM.
