Blood pressure is an important indicator of heart and vascular health. Regular monitoring helps detect abnormalities in time, prevent worsening of health, and reduce the risk of serious conditions such as hypertension, heart attack, or stroke.

How to use the blood pressure monitor?

1. Comfortably place the cuff on your upper arm.
2. Press the button on the device to start the measurement.
3. Wait a few seconds — the result will appear on the screen.
4. If you require medical assistance based on the result, please contact the duty nurse.

Tables with automatic blood pressure monitors are located in Building 1 (lobby and mud therapy area) and Building 2 (near the dining hall and hydrotherapy area).
