The house is a modern two-storey cottage with all the amenities. It provides the first floor (130 m²). There are three rest rooms - double, triple and quadruple (equipped with double and single beds); fireplace hall for 40-50 seats (satellite TV (large plasma TV), DVD with Karaoke); equipped kitchen; bathroom.
The guest house - one-story wooden building with adjoining terrace (masonry) equipped with oven for a barbecue, brazier, furniture. It is located next to the outdoor pond with running spring water and includes a Russian bath on the wood, showers, rest room for 20 people with a fireplace, a bedroom (total 5 beds: two double and one single bed), bathroom, veranda. It is furnished with DVD with karaoke, satellite TV (100 channels), microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery.
